Jason McElwain

I have been touched by the story of Jason McElwain for quite some time, but in light of our current adventure with Riley, it’s taken on an even greater significance.  Even though I’ve watched several different versions of this video, every time I see it, I am moved to tears.  The thing that touches me the most is the love Jason is shown by all of his peers.  We should all take a lesson from them!

I discovered a week or so a go reading another blog (by some other parents raising an autistic son) that Jason McElwain was also featured in national Gatorade ad along with some very well known sports figures.  Way to go Gatorade!  Check it out:
